21 Leaders Emerge from 2022 LEAD Class

As part of the first day of the 2023 Rehab Industries Annual Conference, 21 Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) participants presented to the board of leaders about what they learned in this six-month course and how they applied it to their leadership style. Each group of up-and-coming leaders took a unique approach in showcasing their understanding followed by stating their leadership mission statement that drives them to be the best leader they can be. The L.E.A.D. program is designed to develop and grow two tracks of leaders within the Rehab Industries network: emerging leaders and conscious leaders. The six month course focuses on topics ranging from developing a leadership mindset, managing time and energy, leading through change, accountability and ownership, and leading though conflict.
