As Rehab Medical continues its path to becoming the national leader of custom advanced mobility solutions, we are proud to announce the new leaders who will aid in this accomplishment.

Dejon Gary

Dejon Gary joined Rehab Medical nearly a decade ago and has since expanded the company’s presence across its headquartered state of Indiana. Starting out as a sales representative, Dejon used all the resources Rehab Medical provided to develop himself professionally.

“When it comes to my professionalism and understanding of complex rehab technology, I have grown tremendously thanks to Rehab Medical. They’ve helped me to see what it truly means to improve someone’s life.”

After showcasing his competitive nature and eagerness to grow, Dejon became the company’s first sales manager to oversee the company’s northern Indiana office after it opened in the fall of 2020. Dejon held that role until early 2023 where he was then promoted to regional sales manager to oversee all offices in Indiana.

He excelled at that role and in less than two years, was promoted to regional sales director, where he will oversee part of the company’s great lakes region to include Indiana and Illinois. Being able to quickly climb the ladder is a testament to Dejon's passion for what he does.

“I have always had a passion for leadership, building solid teams, and creating collaborative cultures. Hearing the stories of not only how we improve the lives of our patients, but also how we improve the lives of our employees continues to fuel my motivation.”

Dejon plans to focus on the company’s Illinois market as his first order of business. His plans include growing the Illinois market while helping to establish the Illinois sales team as a top performing team within the company.

“As I step into my new role, I am excited to help our Chicago office reach its full potential. Chicago is the 3rd biggest city in the United States and has the potential to impact so many lives once we establish our market. Chicago Sales Manager Kiara Blunt does a tremendous job managing the day-to-day tasks of that office. She is highly motivated in developing her sales reps to become the highest performing team in the company.”

Graham Broome

Graham Broome has been a valuable employee of the Rehab Medical family for three years. Starting as a sales representative, he quickly made a mark with his dedication and leadership skills. Now, as a sales manager, Graham leads a dynamic team across South Mississippi and South Alabama, inspiring those around him with his passion and commitment to helping others.

“I have experienced significant growth in both my professional and personal life. Professionally, I’ve had the opportunity to practice in healthcare and sales, which has enriched my ability to serve our community. Personally, I’ve enjoyed the joy of moving into a new home with my wife, Abbey, and raising our two-year-old daughter, Ann Kathryn. Leading both my team and my family has been incredibly rewarding.”

Graham is eager to excel in his new position by leading, continuously learning, and sharing knowledge with his team. “I believe in the power of leaning on each other for wisdom. I had a great run as a sales representative thanks to the guidance of others in our company, and now I aim to use my new role to educate and inspire my team to improve lives. Nothing is more motivating than assisting patients in becoming mobile and reclaiming their independence.”

William 'Butch' Vanderpool

William Vanderpool, more commonly known as Butch, joined Rehab Medical’s southeastern region at the beginning of 2020 and has since made a huge impact on the company and his peers. Serving as the sales manager for the Winter Haven and Orlando office, Butch made huge strides in helping to develop the Florida market, resulting in six new office openings across the sunshine state.

Shortly after this explosive growth in the Florida market, Butch became the regional sales manager to oversee the Orlando, Tampa, and Winter Haven. Due to Butch taking great pride in his work and building a collaborative environment, he was quickly promoted to regional sales director to oversee the central and north Florida territories.

“I have grown in learning the Rehab way,” said Butch. “I have found that when we say, 'just follow the process,' we should. It's a process that works. I have grown in relationships and interpersonal relationships. I have also learned how to be a better leader and how to be a part of the team.”

In addition to Butch cultivating strong relationships, he’s also heavily motivated by Rehab Medical’s improve lives mission. He goes on to say, “The one thing I truly honor above everything else at Rehab is the improve lives mission. I learned years ago if the patient is a priority, then it's a win, win. We get to make a great living helping people. I wake up every day and thank God for my health and I can't wait to go to work. I love it.”

As Butch steps into his new role, he is looking forward to all the challenges it will bring. He enjoys learning new things, thinking differently, and seeing things from different perspectives. He knows this new role will allow Rehab Medical to continue growing in the southeast region and will ultimately improve the lives of patients, medical communities, employees, and subsequently their surrounding communities.
