As Rehab Medical continues its path to becoming the national leader of custom advanced mobility solutions, we are proud to announce the new leaders who will aid in this accomplishment.
Reece Hall
Reece Hall, who has been with the company for nearly three years, started as an outside sales representative in Austin, Texas before being promoted to sales manager for the Houston territory. Hall likes to credit this success to his invaluable support system at Rehab Medical.

“I have grown in many ways during my employment at Rehab Medical, mentions Hall. “My skills as a sales professional have drastically improved under the leadership of tenured sales aces like Kyle Radtke, Patrick Taylor, and Kenneth Flaming. I can problem solve and provide solutions to folks with complex situations in ways I'd never thought possible.
Helping and serving patients with mobility solutions has become a deep passion of mine, and I get to feel a sense of fulfillment every day by helping our customers. I take great pride in the opportunity to lead a team of individuals and pour out my passion for the CRT industry into sales reps who will have their lives changed for the better, just like I did.”
Jeff Manley
Jeff Manley, a Rehab Medical veteran of 15 years, started as an inside sales representative before moving to an outside sales representative role serving the eastern and southern territories of Indiana. Seeking more growth opportunities, Manley acquired his ATP certification and was promoted to sales manager shortly after.

“My entire professional career has been spent at Rehab Medical, said Manley. “I have grown from an inside sales rep to outside sales rep to an ATP and now a manager of a local office. Growing up, the CRT world was something I knew nothing about. After building great relationships, believing in Rehab Medical’s mission, and enjoying the difference I can make in someone's life, I found the CRT industry has been the most rewarding for me and my career. When I applied to Rehab Medical, I was just looking for a job and 15 years later, it has turned into a lifelong career for me.”
Additionally, Manley will use his new role to create better patient experiences and build a strong workplace culture among his employees.
“I plan to bring a great culture and comradery to the office where the team enjoys coming to work every day. We are in a great position to change the lives of so many patients. If we can build a culture in which people what to be involved in, then the difference we can make together will impact so many which will improve the lives of all.”
Brock Gruenberg
Brock Gruenberg started his career at Rehab Medical a little over a year ago but has made a huge impact during that time. He has proudly served mobility users in the Oklahoma City territory where he has made a name for himself and immersed himself in the company’s mission.

“I enjoy seeing my patients firsthand and seeing how my role makes a significant impact on their lives,” expressed Gruenberg. “I am helping them become more independent and that is extremely rewarding to me. I can’t wait to use my new role to help grow the Oklahoma City office and help more patients in the communities we serve."
Tonya Allen
Tonya Allen, another Rehab Medical veteran, has been with the company for nearly eight years. Allen began her journey as a regular sales rep, covering majority of the Kentucky territories. It was here where she built her skillsets that allowed her to flourish into a sales manager overseeing the brand-new Jacksonville Florida office.

“Rehab Medical has helped me grow in multiple ways,” said Allen. “I believe that working with our clients and hearing their stories and helping them through the process of obtaining equipment that improves their lives has really increased my emotional intelligence level. In addition, working with our clients has allowed me to become a better active listener as I speak with them and guide them through the process of obtaining equipment.
When asked about overseeing her new territory, Allen gleaned with excitement as she saw this as an opportunity to promote the Rehab Medical brand, improve more lives, and cultivate an exceptional sales team.
“I love the idea of a new territory where we get to come in as a team and really develop our office and its territories into what we want and what Rehab Medical wants,” continued Allen. “There is something exciting about being a new territory where every day we get to introduce ourselves and share what Rehab Medical is with our local community. Every day we have an opportunity to become a new partner and a new resource to local communities. Now as a sales manager in Jacksonville, I get to develop, train, and lead new reps into doing the same thing in the Jacksonville area.”
Burris Werner
Burris Werner has only spent a little over two years with Rehab Medical and has already made a significant impact on the patients he serves. Covering the Orlando territory, Werner takes immense pride in his work and shares why Rehab Medical’s mission means so much to him.

“I am motivated at Rehab Medical by my professional and personal ‘whys’,” said Werner. “Having the opportunity to work for Rehab Medical and be a part of all the success that continues to happen day in, and day out is motivation in it of itself. As I step into my new role my vision remains the same with the addition of knowing I’m now a part of others’ success and have a hand in not only improving our patient’s lives but also improving the lives of my team.”
Jonathan Riccio
Jonathan Riccio has proudly served the residents of Winter Haven, Florida since April of 2021. He has a strong desire to help others and takes great pride in restoring mobility freedom to those he interacts with.

“I love my job because I get to help my patients regain their mobility independence,” expressed Riccio. “With stepping into my new role, I am excited to help the Winter Haven office grow while developing new sales reps as they grow their professional career in the mobility industry.”
Colten Matthews
Colten's journey with Rehab Medical has been one of dedication, passion, and an unlimited commitment to improving lives. His recent promotion speaks to his hard work and the impact he has made within the company and the community.

"I have grown from Rehab Medical in so many ways,” said Matthews. “At first, it was just about selling wheelchairs. I wanted to get into medical sales. But I soon learned that it's more than just medical sales and wheelchairs. It's being able to help people and give them freedom and independence. It's noticing things like accessibility for those in wheelchairs, noticing curbs, and if I were in a wheelchair, how would I get in and out of places? It opens your eyes.
This job has allowed me to become an advocate for those who are less fortunate. I love my job, and I love what I do. I plan to help pave the path for Dallas: Fort Worth metroplex to be one of the biggest contributors to the company."
As we conclude the celebratory accomplishments of these outstanding individuals, Rehab Medical Chief Sales Officer Keith Hawkins shares the significance of these promotions and how they tie into the improve lives mission.
“When we talk about improving lives we often think about our patients,” said Hawkins.
“While our patients and overall patient care are very important, we also have an opportunity to “Improve Lives” of our employees.
Personally, I get excited when we have an opportunity to create a pathway to fulfill career aspirations. Our growth allows us to promote from within and maintain our very strong culture while doing so.
I am very happy for these individuals and their career journey as well as any new future growth opportunities we can create. The more we expand, the more patients we can help, and opportunities we can create!”
