The Cork Medical team reached a huge milestone this year with the launching of its new negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) device, the Nisus touch. After transitioning to a manufacturing company then restructuring its manufacturing team to boost production rates, the company saw a huge boost in sales and growth in 2023, paving the way for the Nisus touch launch.

Unlike other NPWT devices, the Nisus touch was built for clinicians by clinicians. Meaning clinicians operating in any wound care setting can seamlessly integrate the Nisus touch with their existing medical devices as to not disrupt workflows or the patient's healing process, a feature that clinicians have requested for years.
