Emma Bittinger - Employee Spotlight

Meet Emma, one of the bright, compassionate team members making a difference at Rehab Medical! Emma joined us in November 2024 as a Verification Representative, marking her first professional role after college. Though she admits she was a little nervous at first, it didn’t take long for her to feel right at home.

“My experience at Rehab Medical has truly been great,” Emma shared. “The people here are the main reason I come into work each day. My peers and leadership team are some of the best out there. I’m so grateful for all the time and effort they’ve put into helping me feel welcome and teaching me everything I know.”

Emma is driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact on others, whether that’s helping patients behind the scenes or just being a kind, supportive presence to those around her. “I’m still young and looking for more opportunities to learn and grow,” she says. “No matter what career path I take, my ultimate goal is to drive meaningful change in the lives of others.”

Emma’s passion for learning started before her time at Rehab. She’s especially proud of earning her Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics from Purdue University, an achievement that speaks to her hard work and determination.

When she’s not at work, Emma loves watching sports, whether it’s WNBA games, especially the Indiana Fever and Dallas Wings, Athletes Unlimited Softball, Purdue’s men’s and women’s basketball, football, and softball teams, or Cincinnati Reds baseball.
