Employee Spotlight - Danny Bankston

We’re proud to highlight Danny Bankston, who recently earned a promotion from Delivery Technician to Seating Technician. This role reflects both his growth and dedication since he joined Rehab Medical in July of 2024.

His promotion stands out as a meaningful career milestone, driven by his desire for new challenges and the opportunity to work with more advanced and complex equipment. From his first day on the job, Danny describes his experience at Rehab Medical as nothing short of amazing, and it shows in the way he approaches his work and connects with our patients.

When asked what excites him the most about his new role, he said, “I’m really looking forward to working with new equipment and understanding the complexity of the chairs.” Danny’s enthusiasm for learning and stepping into new responsibilities has made him a natural fit for this role.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys detailing cars, kayaking, and winding down with his dog while watching TV shows like The Office. He’s also a passionate collegiate football fan, proudly cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide. One day, he dreams of traveling to Australia or Ireland to explore their cultures.
