Employee Spotlight - Drew Kelly

When it comes to real estate, Andrew Kelly brings a massive amount of knowledge and experience to the Forza team. Over his 25-year career, Andrew has led projects from just an idea on paper to fully realized developments that transform communities.

Forza stood out in a special way to Andrew when he was searching for a new role. “I’ve been really impressed with the people at Forza, who I’m very excited to work with,” he shares. “It’s not easy to find an organization where people truly support each other, have fun together, and all work toward a mission of improving people’s lives.”

Beyond real estate, Andrew’s life consists of spending time with his family, the community, and closely following his sports teams as much as possible. He specifically follows the Colts, Pacers, IU basketball, Xavier basketball, Notre Dame football, and the Cincinnati Reds.
