Employee Spotlight - Hunter Cissell

Hunter began her journey with Rehab Medical in 2022 as a Follow Up Representative and has never looked back! Over the past three years, she has embraced every challenge, consistently striving to grow both personally and professionally. One of her proudest achievements to date has been leading the Follow-Up team, an experience that sharpened her leadership skills and demonstrated the immense impact of effective teamwork.

When asked what inspired her to pursue this career path, Hunter shared a simple yet powerful truth: she wanted to grow within the company and better herself for the future. “It’s been pretty great,” she says of her experience at Rehab Medical. “I’ve had a lot of people who have helped me get to where I need and want to be.”

Outside of work, Hunter brings the same creativity and curiosity. She’s a big fan of The Summer I Turned Pretty and also dreams of traveling to Norway one day to see the Northern Lights.
