Employee Spotlight - Jenna Smith

We’re proud to highlight the recent promotion of Jenna Smith, a rising star who began her journey with Rehab Medical in September 2024 as a Patient Care Representative. Jenna’s dedication and passion for helping others quickly set her apart and inspired her to complete a major milestone, passing the RESNA ATP exam. As a result, Jenna was promoted to a sales representative where she can apply her new skillsets to improve more patient lives.

What inspired her career path in the medical field? “When I started, I was very new to the DME world. Over the last year, I have just become more passionate about assisting people with their mobility and improving their lives.” Now stepping into the Sales Rep role, she’s most excited to expand upon her knowledge as an ATP and work directly with patients.

She describes her experience at Rehab Medical as nothing short of uplifting: “Everyone wants you to succeed, so there is so much support in all aspects! The kindness is contagious.” 

Outside of work, she loves listening to country music, is a loyal Alabama Crimson Tide fan, and is a Peaky Blinders binge watcher. After a long day of helping patients, you’ll find Jenna crashing on her couch for a well-earned break. She also dreams of traveling to Greece with her longtime boyfriend.
