Employee Spotlight - Sarah Beatley

When Sarah Beatley joined Rehab Medical in May 2024 as a Customer Service Representative, she immediately stood out for her strong work ethic and deep compassion for others. Now, just months later, Sarah has been promoted to Care Coordinator, a role that helps her fulfill her passion for helping people in need while advancing her career.

Sarah’s promotion didn’t happen by chance, it’s the result of her commitment to excellence. Her managers took note her eye for detail, reliability, and patient-first mindset as key reasons behind her promotion. “Sarah’s dedication to making sure every piece of paperwork is accurate and every detail is handled properly has been invaluable to the team,” one manager shared. “Her drive to always go the extra mile for our patients made it clear she was ready for this next step.”

The excitement of stepping into her new role stems from the immediate impact she can give to our patients: “I can guarantee that I’ve done my part in coordinating paperwork and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. That means patients get what they need, when they need it.”

Outside of work, Sarah loves attending metal concerts, learning how to tattoo, and spending quality time with her daughter. If she could travel anywhere, she’d explore the pyramids of Egypt!
