Updated: Nov 21

Forza Commercial Real Estate recently teamed up on an exciting Rehab Medical Noblesville office expansion project that benefits both companies. The project not only brought the building to full occupancy for the first time since Forza acquired it but also turned previously unusable “dead space” into valuable, productive square footage.

By removing walls around an isolated 1,000-square-foot section, Forza successfully recaptured the area and incorporated it into Rehab Medical’s expanded warehouse, increasing the property’s yield without adding new construction.

This project also marks the first joint effort between Forza and Rehab Medical to standardize and improve warehouse lighting levels across all Rehab Medical facilities. Forza Director of Construction Mike Kienholz collaborated with the regulatory, compliance, and safety team at Rehab Medical, to establish new lighting standards:

  • 75-foot candles as the minimum average light level throughout all warehouse areas.

  • 80-foot candles in designated Critical Work Areas, 10’x20’ spaces designed to safely accommodate the simultaneous assembly of two wheelchairs.

These lighting improvements will enhance visibility, safety, and efficiency for Rehab Medical’s operations teams and will now serve as a standard for all Forza-owned properties moving forward.

Final inspections are underway, and the project team looks forward to handing over the keys to Rehab Medical’s newly expanded and brighter space soon.
