Forza Welcomes Jack Hawkins to the Team

We’re excited to introduce Jack Hawkins, a valuable addition to our Forza family! With a diverse background and a passion for growth, Jack is already making a significant impact on our mission and culture.  

Jack’s journey to Forza is marked by a wealth of experience across various roles and industries. He started his career as a groundskeeper, then transitioned to a maintenance technician, and later became a maintenance supervisor for a property management company. His skills in hands-on roles led him to become a shop foreman for an industrial flooring company in Michigan, and later, he took on the role of lead installation for a security company where he specialized in installing cameras and access control systems. 

Now, as part of the Forza team, Jack brings this diverse expertise to his new role. His varied background gives him a comprehensive understanding of different operational needs, making him a versatile asset to the team. His experience allows him to approach challenges with a broad perspective and a problem-solving mindset, qualities that align perfectly with Forza’s commitment to quality and innovation. 

What excites Jack most about his new role at Forza is the ability to fully utilize his talents and see how they contribute to the broader vision of Rehab Industries. “The ability to have a unique role in that vision and the opportunity to grow with so much support is what truly excites me,” Jack shares. His enthusiasm for growth and learning is evident, and he is eager to be a part of Forza’s journey as we continue to expand and innovate. 

Jack’s plan to continue Forza’s mission is rooted in his commitment to providing great service and promoting the brand’s values of quality and professionalism. “I might not be seen every day, but I know what I and what we do is part of the big picture,” he says. Jack understands that the small, consistent efforts are what lead to greatness, and his dedication to giving his best every day is a testament to his work ethic and alignment with Forza’s goals.
