Introducing Your New EAP Provider – Uprise Health

Effective June 1, 2025, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider will transition to Uprise Health. This program provides confidential support and resources for you and your family, covering stress management, elder care, nutrition, fitness, and more.


What’s Available?

  • Consultative Services: Online modules, coaching, bereavement support, webinars, podcasts, and articles.

  • Work-Life Assistance: Child/elder care referrals, employee discounts, and medical billing negotiation tools.

  • Legal & Financial Resources: Unlimited telephonic support, a free 30-minute consultation with an attorney, ID theft education, will preparation, and online legal documents.

  • Counseling Services: Face-to-face and virtual counseling (up to 3 visits per employee/household member per issue per year).


How to Access Services:

  • Online: worklife.uprisehealth.com (Access code: worklife)

  • Phone: 1-800-386-7055 (Available 24/7 for crisis support; regular hours: Monday–Friday, 6 AM–5 PM PST)

  • Employee Discounts: Log in at worklife.uprisehealth.com, select “WorkLife Matters,” and follow the instructions.
