Starting a new role can be both exciting and overwhelming. That’s why we introduced the Mentorship Program – to help new employees feel supported as they navigate their new work environment, get to know our company culture, and build strong, lasting relationships with their teammates. This program is more than just a welcome initiative - it’s a powerful tool for personal and professional growth.


Many employees who have participated have shared how the mentorship experience helped them clarify their career goals, expand their internal network, gain valuable insights, and stay motivated in their mission to Improve Lives through their work.


Mentors play a vital role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace. By sharing your experience, offering guidance, and being a trusted sounding board, you can make a meaningful difference in someone’s journey! Interested in being a mentor? Reach out to your manager to learn more about how you can get involved in the program! All mentor nominations are submitted by managers/directors to HR for further review.
