HSA Program Spotlight: Improve Your Health Savings in Q3!

If you're enrolled in our medical insurance and have a Health Savings Account set up, you are eligible to receive a $250 HSA contribution! Through engaging in this opportunity, we hope that you will experience improvements in various aspects of your health. 

To qualify for the $250 company contribution in Q3 you must:

1. Be enrolled in Rehab Industries' medical insurance.

2. Set up a Health Savings Account with a financial institution of your choice.

3. If you have not submitted one in the past OR if your information has changed, submit an HSA Verification form via HR ticket by September 27th, 2024.

4. Once you’ve completed your wellness challenge, submit the wellness challenge questionnaire by September 27th, 2024.
