Leah Rush - Employee Spotlight

We’re excited to welcome Leah Rush to the Forza Commercial Real Estate team!

Leah brings immense experience in property management, having successfully opened and stabilized a luxury apartment complex in Northern Colorado Springs, an achievement she holds as one of her proudest career milestones. Her drive to join the corporate side of property management and her passion for supporting communities align perfectly with Forza’s mission of restoring properties while keeping housing affordable for local residents.

When asked what excites her most about joining Forza, Leah shared, “The team here is so goal-oriented and collaborative, and I love being part of a company that truly wants to help people. It makes for an inspiring and rewarding work environment.”

Outside of work, Leah’s hobbies include weightlifting, golfing, crocheting, and reading. While Leah doesn’t follow professional sports, she loves cheering on her son at his hockey games!
