Adding Allie Noyes and Paxton Welton as Lindsay’s direct reports enhances the company’s recruitment capabilities. It furthers the commitment to personalized guidance for those seeking to navigate their career paths, laying the foundation for long-term continuity and success. “Allie and Paxton are able to convey our mission and vision to new hires," said Jason. "Our time-to-hire metric (TTH) has gone down more than 50% for some roles, and I’ve had hiring managers tell me they were able to source very good candidates and save them time in the process.”
