At Cork Medical, “Living it Out” means turning intention into sustained action, doing, every day, what we’ve long envisioned for our teams, customers, and the people we serve.
How Sales Is Living It Out
The Sales Conference gave us our starting point, laying the foundation for the Cork Medical Sales Training Plan. Since then, our team has been applying it through ongoing coaching across our key channels, LTC, LTAC, Distribution, and Homecare. Each week, our reps deepen skills in areas like understanding customer pain points, delivering value, and overcoming objections, and they apply these lessons directly in the field.
Living It Out in Operations
Operations teams began this work during the October All Manager Professional Development session, where leaders focused on the why behind their metrics. By connecting each metric to the people it impacts, patients, customers, employees, the community, and the company, we’re shifting performance conversations toward meaning, impact, and alignment with our mission to improve lives.
What We Want Every Employee to Know
Every employee at Cork Medical plays a critical role in improving lives. Understanding how your work is measured, why it matters, and who benefits turns effort into enthusiasm and builds purpose, focus, and compassion into our daily work.
Real Results in Action
One standout example of Living it Out this year is our significant improvement in working capital, achieved through consistent follow-through from teams who understood the plan and its impact.
Why It Matters Across Every Department
Living it Out is everyone’s responsibility. When all departments share the same purpose, individual contributions add up to stronger teamwork, smoother processes, and smarter outcomes.
As we move toward 2026, “Living it Out” will continue shaping how we work and lead. By staying grounded in purpose and aligned around the “why” and “who” behind our goals, we’ll keep building a culture where how we achieve is just as important as what we achieve. Together, we are creating a unified, purpose-driven organization, one action at a time.
