Rehab Medical Launches New Patient Delivery Webpage to Improve Patient Experience

At Rehab Medical, improving lives is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Patient Delivery webpage, a dedicated resource designed to help patients prepare for their equipment delivery day with confidence and ease.


Why We Created the Patient Delivery Page

Receiving mobility equipment is a meaningful milestone, but the process can come with questions and uncertainties. The new webpage was implemented to display a centralized hub of guidance and support.


“Our new patient delivery page allows us to have a platform to share important information with our patients,” Heather shared. “The ability to go directly to the site by scanning a QR code allows us to make sure our patients always have access to manuals other important information.”


This added layer of support empowers our patients to better understand what to expect from their chair after delivery.

Heather explains, “Rehab Medical patients can now access important information all in one place,” she said. “This page will remain a go-to source for information on the equipment we provide and all of our great programs that help keep our patients mobile.”


In addition, Heather added, “My ultimate goal with this webpage is to make it easy for our patients to have the information that is important to them in their mobility needs in a format that is easy to access and easy to keep up to date. Navigating mobility needs can be very stressful, and we want to take a little bit of that stress out in any way we can.”
