Terrel Brown - Promotional Spotlight

Rehab Medical is excited to announce the promotion of Terrel Brown to Quality Assurance Manager! Over the past two years, Terrel has demonstrated exceptional dedication, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for improving lives.

Starting as a Customer Experience QA Trainer, Terrel’s impact was felt immediately. He played a pivotal role in developing training programs that leverage data-driven strategies to create digestible and effective material for new hires. Terrel reflects, “Rehab Medical has helped me advance in my career by allowing me to use my educational background and skills to train our new hires. Communicating with leadership to create training materials based on the company’s vision has been an invaluable experience.”

His efforts have culminated in a robust Quality Assurance program implemented across seven departments: Sales, Revenue Cycle, ATPs, Insurance Review, Technicians, Field Operations, and Customer Service.

Jarrad Rankin, who announced Terrel’s promotion, stated, “Through his dedication, he has built a robust Quality Assurance program that now spans across all seven of our departments… His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving operational excellence, and it’s clear that he’s the perfect fit to lead this vital program.”

Terrel’s work is more than just a job. He shares, “I have a close friend who is one of the patients we serve, and she’s a constant reminder of the importance of what we do,” he shared. “Each patient is more than a number; they’re real people with families who depend on us to provide a positive experience and excellent service so they can continue to live enjoyable lives.”

In his new role as Quality Assurance Manager, Terrel is eager to build upon the foundation he’s helped establish. “I’m most excited about the continuation of growth in the Quality Assurance program. Being one of the first to pilot the program and now watching it develop into a key part of the company’s vision is incredibly rewarding,” he said.

Outside of work, Terrel is a family man who loves spending time with his three children, golfing, and enjoying good food. One surprising fact about him? He’s not a fan of horror movies!
