Big changes are on the horizon at Cork Medical, and they’re designed with growth, efficiency, and employee experience in mind. Thanks to Forza, Cork Medical is preparing to transform its current headquarters into a modern, scalable workspace that reflects the company’s momentum and future ambitions.
Rather than relocating to a new facility, Cork Medical will remain in its current building, now under Forza’s ownership. This decision allows Cork to benefit from extensive renovations without the disruption of a move or the downtime that often comes with it. Check out some of the renovation plans below!

Maximizing the Operations Team
One of the first priorities for Forza is optimizing the space for Cork Medical’s Operations team. Working closely with Sean McGinley, Director of Supply Chain and Operations, Forza has developed a five-phase renovation plan that will allow work to proceed without interrupting daily operations.

The first phase will focus on a 6,000-square-foot expansion area, which will be delivered to Cork just six weeks after construction begins. This new space will immediately relieve pressure on existing operations and open additional areas for renovation.

Designing with Scalability in Mind
The renovation is more than just a facelift; it’s a strategic investment in Cork Medical’s future. With over $1 million allocated to the project, Forza is committed to creating a space that supports both current needs and long-term growth.

Currently, Cork occupies just under 40,000 square feet of the 56,000-square-foot building. The renovation will expand their footprint to 46,000 square feet, leaving 10,000 square feet available for a future tenant.
Forza’s design team, comprising Mike Kienholz, Megan Anderson, Drew Kelly, Jordan Bass, Kevin Gearheart, and Patrick McGinley, will collaborate with third-party vendors, including Site Architecture and Inhabit Space, to design a scalable framework that maximizes the team’s operational success. The initial designs are intended to give Cork Medical a futuristic look and feel.

What Employees Can Expect
By April 2026, Cork Medical employees can look forward to a refreshed and reimagined workspace featuring:
New paint, flooring, lighting, and ceilings
Additional offices to optimize space and separate departments
Expanded production areas
A dedicated locker and break room for production employees
A newly expanded lobby
Enhanced building security
What’s Next?
Final plans are still being refined in collaboration with the Cork Design Team, consisting of Sean McGinley, Blair O'Riley, Kathy Baughman, and Mike Cates. As Forza and Cork Medical continue to move the needle on this project, more information and sneak peeks of the transformation will be revealed!
