Robert Hall - Promotional Spotlight

Beginning his career with Cork Medical in 2014, Robert Hall worked as a delivery technician for the Ohio territory. While under the supervision of Dan Scroghan, office manager for Ohio, Robert exemplified a strong eagerness to learn about the products and how he could contribute to improving patient’s lives. By showing this level of care and compassion, Robert was crowned tech of the year.

Noticing Robert could add more value to the company if he were in a higher caliber role, Dan offered him the new product support specialist role.

“While I did not want Robert to leave my team, I knew he was destined for great things and I wanted to see him grow in his career,” said Dan. “He is such a great employee and all-around great guy. He has tremendous passion for taking care of our patients and is willing to get the job done. I am excited to see where this new role takes him.”

Introduced this year, the product support specialist is responsible for helping existing partners troubleshoot and understand Cork Medical’s products. The product support specialist role became a pivotal piece to Cork’s 2024 growth strategy as it will cut down on unnecessary service requests, improve communications between their partners, and allows their sales team to focus more on product sales.

“I have not been Robert’s manager for long but in the few months I’ve worked with him, he has been an absolute pleasure,” said Elizabeth Noble customer service and fulfillment manager. “I can tell he is passionate about what he does, and he brings great energy to the team.”

In March 2024, Robert stepped into his new role and has enjoyed every minute of it. While he is the only employee on the product support specialist team, he hopes to continue growing his skill set and eventually get a team under him to continue this support for all their partners.

“I have only been in this role a few months, but I’ve enjoyed the change of pace from being a delivery tech,” said Robert. “In this role I have more opportunities for growth and can implement improvements to our processes. This excites me the most because I am always looking for ways to help our patients and improve their lives.”
