Rehab Industries Recognizes Core Value '23 Winners, Opens Nominations for 2024!

As an organization that focuses on improving lives, the Core Value program is one of the main programs that focuses on just that. When employees embody one of our three core values: Hard work with Balance, Energetic to Achieve, and Compassion, they get to create a company culture where they can thrive!
But creating a thriving company culture isn’t all we’re doing to improve lives. Rehab Industries also awards employees for consistently embodying our core values. Employees who receive the highest number of impactful nominations by the end of each year, get an opportunity to go on the Excellence Club trip as well as be recognized at the company’s Annual Conference!
What determines an ‘impactful nomination’? Good question! In 2023, we received a number of impactful nominations all across the Rehab Industries' network of companies and have listed a few prime examples of those nominations below. The individuals who received these nominations will be attending the Excellence Club trip later this month.

Art was outsourced and did exceptionally well handling this!"
