Before the day begins, lights flicker on across the production floor, and a steady hum of focus fills the air. Planning has been done, materials are prepared, and skilled hands take their places — each action intentional, each step connected to something bigger. At Cork Medical, our Production Team transforms innovation into impact, building wound care solutions that restore comfort, mobility, and hope. This is where our mission to improve lives becomes real.
Across five key areas of expertise — from the very first schedule drafted to the final kit prepared — every team member plays a critical role in ensuring our patients and partners receive the high-quality products they depend on. And it all begins with Production Planning.
Production Planning — Where Every Product’s Journey Begins
Before a single component is assembled, the day begins with planning — and it’s here that our mission first takes shape. Production Planning ensures that every workstation has what it needs, when it needs it, so patients receive the support they rely on without delay.
Day-to-day, this means analyzing demand, tracking inventory, coordinating with purchasing and production teams, and adjusting schedules to keep everything running smoothly. They anticipate changes before the floor ever feels them.
As Production Managers, Mike Dyer and Ron Fishback work closely with teams across operations, aligning schedules, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring the workflow remains seamless.

Supporting the effort behind the scenes, Tyler Giles, Purchasing Manager, and his team ensure that the right materials arrive at the right time to keep production moving without interruption. Together, planning and purchasing turn careful strategy into confident execution — the foundation for every step that follows.

Clean / Sterile Room — Protecting Patients Before Products Even Reach Them
Inside the Clean Room, the air is filtered, the movements are precise, and every step is guided by unwavering attention to detail. This is where contamination has no place — and where patient safety is protected long before a product reaches their hands.
Day-to-day, Angela Jones, Marco Henderson, and Anitha Thulaseedas Syamala carefully clean, prepare, and assemble components under strict sterile procedures. They sanitize tools, follow detailed checklists, and inspect every part to ensure consistency and safety.

They understand that even the smallest oversight could have a big impact on someone who needs our products to heal confidently.
Their commitment creates trust — trust that patients and caregivers may never see, but benefit from every single day. In this role, quality isn’t just inspected — it’s safeguarded.

Pump Building Room — Craftsmanship That Helps Healing Happen
Every pump built in this room represents a promise — that when a patient needs support, our products will respond with reliability and care. Precision and consistency guide every movement here, as skilled technicians bring together components that must work seamlessly for those depending on our wound care technology.
Day-to-day, Matt Coffey, Larry Kolosso, Alexis Crittenden, and Brian Sharpe assemble, torque, test, and verify pumps from start to finish. They read production orders, handle precision components, and use measurement tools to make sure every pump is as reliable as the patient using it needs it to be.

Pump building may take patience and steady hands, but it also takes heart — because the end result supports comfort and healing.
For the Pump Room team, every completed pump represents one more step toward recovery for someone out in the world who needs it.

Canister Molding — Where Precision Shapes Every Detail
Before a pump can perform, it needs a perfectly formed canister supporting its function. In Canister Molding, raw materials are transformed into essential components through heat, pressure, and expertise. It’s a process where the smallest imperfection is noticed — and corrected — long before a part reaches the next step of production.
Day-to-day, Shirell Phelps, Tyasis Files, Ella Hayes, Ben Diaz, Eric Glover, and Zekeal Gerber set up molding machines, monitor cycles, inspect finished parts, and adjust settings quickly to prevent defects. They ensure every canister’s structure and strength meets performance requirements.
Their trained eyes catch what machines can’t — because accuracy matters long before a part moves forward in production.
For the Canister Molding team, precision today means confidence in healing tomorrow.

Labeler & Kitting — The Final Touch Before a Product Meets a Patient
As the final stage in our production process, Labeler & Kitting is where every detail is confirmed — each component checked, each label printed with accuracy, and every kit prepared to support a healing journey. This is the moment when innovation becomes something real that a patient or caregiver will soon depend on.
Day-to-day, Rosemary Williams, Carol Ramsey, Daniel Andrews, and Amber Smith print and verify labels, scan products for accuracy, assemble complete kits, and check contents one last time before packaging. Their diligence ensures patients receive exactly what they need — nothing missing, nothing out of order.
Their work marks the final checkpoint — the assurance that what we send out is correct, complete, and ready to support healing right away. For the patients who depend on our solutions, this team makes sure that journey begins with trust.

Purpose in Every Product
Every shift, every workstation, every pair of hands plays a vital role in bringing our mission to life. And every employee behind it shares one purpose: to improve lives through innovation and care. Our Production Team doesn’t just build products; they build trust, comfort, and hope for those who rely on us. Their collaboration and craftsmanship keep our mission alive — driving us to innovate, to grow, and to serve even more patients with excellence.
Together at Cork Medical, we’re shaping the future of wound care — one thoughtful action, one healing product, and one life at a time
