HR Program Spotlight: Core Values Program

Join us in celebrating our Rehab Medical Core Value winners from RIAC25! These outstanding team members earned a spot on the Excellence Award trip in February, a well-deserved reward for their dedication, exemplifying our Core Values—Energetic to Achieve, Hard Work with Balance, and Compassion—throughout the past year.

Our review committee carefully evaluates nominations each year based on the number received and the impact demonstrated. Those who stand out are welcomed into the Excellence Club and treated to a fully paid, all-inclusive trip to a tropical destination outside the continental U.S. This special getaway is our way of recognizing their exceptional contributions and commitment.

"I’m nominating Amee for dedication. Every day, she is so dedicated to her job that it is inspiring and makes the rest of us want to work that much harder and better. She is a leader and not a boss, who shows that anything she would ask of her employees, she would do also. She is meticulous and keeps you on your toes, but does it in a way that doesn’t make you feel bad for any mistakes."

"Early always displays a positive attitude and is the definition of “energetic to achieve.” he routinely places among the top technicians in terms of service stops for the region, if not for the company, and does it all with a smile. Early is intuitive and adaptive, and he can handle any issue that comes his way. Every day, I am reminded of what an asset he is to the Mobile team and to our patients."

"I called Devin desperate for help to assist with a patient to avoid a complaint. He immediately stopped his current tasks and took care of this patient while on the phone from start to finish. “He is a guy that customer service directs all their repair questions when we receive complaints from customers to get a better sense of issue and be able to provide technical responses back to our customers.”

Jennifer really stepped up when we had 2 shippers gone. She staffed the phones for customer service by herself every day. She even offered to work until 5 since she knew I was busy in the warehouse every day. A patient's daughter in-law mailed a letter of gratitude:"On two separate occasions, I have had to call about my mother-in-law's Forever Plus Wheelchair cushion. On the first occasion, I was warmly greeted by a real person, Jennifer, who very patiently listened to the issue we were having and directed me to Steve. When she answered the phone, she remembered speaking to me last year. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your employee and her wonderful service."
