Core Values Program
Have you noticed a co-worker exhibiting one of Rehab Industries’ core values? If so, please consider nominating them for a Core Value Award under one of the following categories:
-
Energetic to Achieve - displaying the motivation to accomplish tasks, having initiative, and helping others to be successful in their roles.
-
Hard work with Balance - displaying a work ethic that entails giving one hundred percent each day and going home to enjoy life outside of work.
-
Compassionate - displaying behaviors that promote a sense of emotional connection with co-workers and our end-users with the goal of improving all lives every single day.
For each nomination a person receives, a placard and a pin will be given to them so they may display their achievements.
At the end of each year, the review committee evaluates all nominations based on the number of nominations an employee received in each category and the quality of the comment submitted. The top nominees are then formally recognized at the Annual Conference and earn a spot in the exclusive Excellence Club. Upon earning a spot in the Excellence Club, members will have the opportunity to attend the Excellence Club trip. Typically scheduled for late February, members of the Excellence Club will have the opportunity to go on an all-inclusive and all-expense paid vacation to a tropical destination outside the continental U.S. Members are also welcome to invite one guest to join them.
Energetic to Achieve
Ron Fishback was covering for his supervisor while he was out for two weeks. I saw Ron work tirelessly doing his job and the job of his supervisor to keep his team motivated, happy, and productive. Ron, all of your hard work did not go unnoticed. Thanks for all that you do!
Hard Work with Balance
Terrell Williams is one of the most positive, upbeat people I talk to. He has the best attitude and is willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done. He is so kind and has such a great heart behind his work. We are very fortunate to have Terrell on our team!
Compassionate
Mr. Early Christian deserves recognition in the very least for what he does day to day when delivering equipment to our patients. He is always so friendly to them, and they are always complimenting him on how helpful and nice he is. One of his most recent visits, a patient of ours was being difficult and was asking us if he would stop through the drive thru and get him a sandwich. It sounded like he was just joking with us because he had been doing that previously, but when Early got to his house to deliver he could tell he wasn't in the best shape. The man said he hadn't eaten in a while and Early left after the delivery to run by the dollar general and get some food for him. He only had like 5-6 dollars on him, but still went out of his way to get this person some food. He is the perfect example of what this company stands for and deserves the WORLD!
See what employees have to say about the Excellence Club trip:
I feel very lucky amongst employees for the amount of access I have to Kevin, Patrick and the other senior leaders. Being able to connect with that group on a truly personal level was great. The recognition of the hard work it took to be included on the trip from Kevin and Patrick felt great.

The best part of the Excellence Trip was getting the opportunity to connect with colleagues outside of the workplace while celebrating our shared achievements. It was a great reminder that our hard work is valued and that the company truly invests in its employees.

It was so refreshing to see everyone unwind and let their guard down, especially with people I might not have had the chance to connect with otherwise. It felt like a true opportunity to bond with colleagues from all over the country. I am incredibly grateful to be selected for the trip—it really made me reflect on how far we’ve come and reminded me of the importance of staying committed to our mission and core values. It’s a great motivator to keep pushing myself to improve year after year.
