Advancing your sales career isn’t just about hitting targets, it’s about growing your potential. That’s why we created the PCR Career Pathway Program, a structured development journey designed to help aspiring sales professionals build the skills, confidence, and strategic mindset needed to thrive. It’s one more way we’re investing in your success—so you can lead, influence, and excel at every stage of your sales career.
What is the PCR Career Pathway Program?
The Patient Care Representative (PCR) Career Pathway Program is a career advancement pathway designed to support current PCRs interested in transitioning to a sales representative role. As part of the RISE growth and development initiative, the PCR Career Pathway Program provides PCRs with hands-on training as they seek to refine their skillsets. After completing the program, PCRs will have a better understanding of Rehab Medical’s sales careers and will gain the tools needed to become a "high-achieving sales representative".
Who is eligible to participate in the program?
The program is open to any PCR interested in a sales career at Rehab Medical. However, you must be employed with the company for a minimum of one year or have successfully obtained an ATP certification before you can enroll in the program.
What does the program offer?
The program offers multiple courses on the fundamentals of selling, that include:
-
Nine “Intro to Sales” orientation classes
-
Completing six in-services per month
-
Completing six ride-a-longs with ATP per month
-

Each in-service and ride-a-long must be accompanied by a sales mentor or seasoned sales representative. Additionally, both in-services and ride-a-longs can be completed simultaneously.
