Mentorship Program
RISE to a Better You Through Meaningful Connections
At Rehab Industries, we believe growth doesn’t happen in isolation—it’s accelerated through relationships, real-world learning, and shared experiences. That’s why we offer a Mentorship Program designed to support new employees and develop professionals as they integrate into our culture and plan their future here.
By pairing mentees with experienced team members, this program creates space for employees to “RISE” by encouraging open dialogue, valuable introductions, and guided exposure to company culture, leadership, and career development opportunities.
Why It Matters to You
Becoming a mentor is more than a way to support a new team member, it’s a chance to grow your own leadership skills, reflect on your journey, and make a meaningful impact on someone else.
As a mentor, you’ll help shape the next generation of Rehab Industries team members by sharing your experience, offering guidance, and building lasting professional relationships. You’ll also expand your own network, strengthen communication and coaching skills, and gain a deeper appreciation for the role you play in our company’s success.
What’s Offered
New Hire Mentorship
Over the course of six structured sessions, mentors and mentees will explore key areas of our company culture, resources, and growth opportunities. Each meeting is designed to spark meaningful conversation, provide insight, and help the mentee feel at home while looking ahead.
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to incorporate a variety of meeting formats, such as at least one coffee/soda meeting and one lunch meeting if they’re in the same location. Virtual meetings are welcome and can include a walk-through of the org chart to connect the dots.
