Community Service Program
Empowering You to RISE by Giving Back
At Rehab Industries, improving lives doesn’t stop with our patients—it extends to the communities where we live and work. That’s why we offer every employee 8 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) each year, encouraging you to step away from your daily responsibilities to make a positive impact on your community.
Whether you’re serving meals, mentoring youth, cleaning up parks, or volunteering with a cause close to your heart, we believe giving back helps all of us “RISE”—together.
Why It Matters to You
When you take time to serve others, you not only support those in need—you grow as a leader, team member, and individual. Our Community Service Program is built to foster a culture of purpose, generosity, and connection across Rehab Industries.
By using your VTO, you have the opportunity to:
-
Give back in a way that’s meaningful to you
-
Strengthen team bonds through group volunteering
-
Support causes that align with your values
-
Represent Rehab Industries as a company that cares
At the corporate office, directors are encouraged to lead at least one team service event each year for employees to use their VTO hours as a team—amplifying our collective impact.
