Tuition Reimbursement Program
Interested in furthering your development by going back to school, pursuing a certification, or obtaining/renewing your ATP certification? Each of these paths, along with many others, are all eligible considerations for our Tuition Reimbursement Program! Once an employee has been with the company for 6 months, you are eligible for this benefit! The company will match education expenses dollar-for-dollar up to 50% of the total cost, with a maximum $2,500 company reimbursement per calendar year. This reimbursement will occur at one half of the estimated company contribution upon registration and the balance upon successful completion. For employees working toward an ATP certification, the reimbursement is 75% and there is no waiting period for ATP certification expenses.
If you’d like to learn more or have specific questions about which development programs qualify, submit an HR Help Desk ticket with the details of your request!

What motivated me to take advantage of the tuition reimbursement program was my personal goal of finishing my degree. The support from the tuition reimbursement program has made continuing my education more accessible and has motivated me to stay committed. The knowledge I'm gaining is enhancing my problem-solving abilities, improving my critical thinking, and allowing me to approach tasks with a more strategic mindset.
Pushing yourself to learn new things can lead to both professional and personal growth, and this program offers a fantastic chance to increase your knowledge and acquire new talents without having to worry about the total cost. I would advise employees to pinpoint their passions or areas of skill improvement and look into courses that fit with their professional goals. Investing in your education can pay off in the long run, whether it's for professional growth or personal fulfillment.
Brandy Murphy, Sales Quality Assurance Trainer
During new hire orientation, I learned about the reimbursement program and it got me thinking about ways I could utilize it. When I learned about the ATP certification later that day it just made sense to pursue it. I got my ATP certification in October 2024. It certainly helped relieve some of the costs of the exam and preparation materials. It is actually helping me find a new role with the company. I am currently going through ATP training with Rehab Medical, which is going to prepare me to step into the field when there is a need.
Don’t sit around and wait for the “right time.” The longer you wait to take action, the more likely you are to fall into a stagnant complacency that will hurt you personally and professionally. Just go for it!!
