From going back to school, earning a new certification, attending workshops, or achieving your ATP certification, the program supports a wide range of educational opportunities that align with our commitment to helping you “RISE.” It’s more than a benefit—it’s part of our ongoing investment in your growth, your future, and your path forward.

By continuing your education or earning new certifications, you're not only enhancing your expertise—you’re building confidence, unlocking career opportunities, and deepening your impact across the organization. This program allows you to grow at your own pace, with the support and encouragement of the Rehab Industries team behind you.

 

What’s Offered
  • Reimbursement support for tuition, test fees, books, and course materials

  • Up to $2,500 per year in tuition assistance per eligible employee

  • 50% reimbursement for qualifying courses, certifications, workshops, or degree programs

    • This includes ATP renewal fees

  • 75% reimbursement for employees pursuing an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification, with no waiting period for eligibility

Who’s Eligible?
  • All Rehab Industries employees who have been with the company for 6+ months are eligible to participate.

  • If you are pursuing your ATP certification, there is no eligibility waiting period. All ATP initial certification costs incurred at any time after your hire date are eligible for tuition reimbursement.

 

How to Access the Program
  1. Submit an HR Help Desk Ticket

    • Go to the Help Desk and select: Category = Human Resources, Subcategory = Tuition Developmen

    • Include details about your education path, expenses, and supporting documents.

  2. Get Approval

    • HR will review your submission, then contact you to discuss eligibility and next steps.

  3. Submit Expenses via Certify Travel and Expense Report Management Software

    • After HR ticket approval, you’ll submit your purchase receipts through our reimbursement platform, Certify. HR will guide you through the process.

You can request reimbursement for a wide range of personal and professional learning opportunities, including:

College or university degrees

Industry certifications and licenses

Professional development workshops or seminars

Training courses related to your role or long-term career goals

Tuition Reimbursement Program FAQs

Reimbursement is processed in two parts:

  • 50% of the total approved amount upon proof of paid registration

  • 50% upon proof of successful completion

ATP certification expenses are reimbursed in full as a one-time payment per attempt, regardless of pass/fail.

During new hire orientation, I learned about the reimbursement program and it got me thinking about ways I could utilize it. When I learned about the ATP certification later that day it just made sense to pursue it. I got my ATP certification in October 2024. It certainly helped relieve some of the costs of the exam and preparation materials. It is actually helping me find a new role with the company. I am currently going through ATP training with Rehab Medical, which is going to prepare me to step into the field when there is a need.
