Team Engagement Activities

Strong teams are built on more than just shared goals—they're built on connection, camaraderie, and moments of joy. To encourage this, each team receives a quarterly budget to spend on any engagement activity they choose—whether it’s lunch outings, game days, creative workshops, or something totally unique to your group’s vibe.

 

Quarterly Wellness Challenges

These challenges help you prioritize wellness while earning up to $1,000 a year in HSA contributions. Stay hydrated, get your steps in, or boost your sleep—it all counts toward your physical, mental, and financial health.

 

Quarterly Your Money Line Webinars

Each quarter, our partner Your Money Line hosts a free webinar covering timely financial wellness topics. Employees who attend are entered to win DoorDash gift cards and a $250 HSA deposit. Win-win!

 

Summer Games

The Summer Games, sponsored by the Fun Club, bring teams across the country together for a summer full of friendly competition, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Games consist of speed walk relays, three-legged races, pie eating contests, kayak races, a company talent show, and more! This event is all about celebrating team spirit and enjoying a little healthy competition outside the usual routine. No athletic ability required.

 

Customer Service Appreciation Week

Held annually in October, this weeklong celebration is dedicated to honoring our front-line support teams and everyone who plays a role in creating a great customer experience. Look out for games, giveaways, and messages of gratitude from leadership.

 

Indy 500 Driver Pull

Ready… Set… Drive! Since our roots are in Indianapolis, we bring the Indy 500 spirit to our teams across the country with a fun, random driver pull. If your driver wins the race, you win prizes—it’s a fun way to take part in a 100+ year tradition.

 

March Madness Bracket Challenge

Join your coworkers in a lighthearted March Madness Bracket Challenge to win prizes and bragging rights. You don’t need to have a knowledge of basketball to join in the fun—just a bit of competitive spirit and a love for prizes! Sign up is free and open to all employees. Annual Conference

A multi-day national event filled with leadership keynotes, breakout sessions, awards, team-building, and mission-focused energy. It's our largest celebration of team success and shared purpose.
