LEAD

Whether you’re just stepping into leadership or you’re a seasoned pro looking to sharpen your edge, our LEAD (Leadership Exploration and Development) Program is here to help you grow, inspire, and make an impact! Through powerful tools like the DiSC assessment, Leadership 360 feedback, and hands-on sessions covering communication, conflict resolution, coaching, accountability, and more, LEAD equips you to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose. We currently offer three paths, each created to match your leadership journey:

LEAD 1

LEAD 1 (A Strong Start for New Managers), is required for all new managers and is a six session (two in person, four virtual) program built around DiSC® assessment, helping you understand your own leadership style and how to effectively lead others.

LEAD 2

LEAD 2 is an invite-only program, meant for leaders who are ready to dive deeper. This is also a six-session program and introduces leaders to the Leadership 360 assessment for well-round self-reflection as well as various other topics.

Already completed LEAD 1 or 2? This optional program revisits key concepts and introduces new ones to keep your leadership skills sharp and fresh. Click here to explore the different programs and take your next step toward impactful leadership!
