One of the best ways to find top-tier talent is through our employees. Our Employee Referral Program was designed to reward you for helping bring great people into our organization. Whether it’s a former coworker, a friend, or someone in your network, referring quality candidates helps strengthen our team and allows you to earn a bonus while doing it!


What is the Employee Referral Program?

The Employee Referral Program is an internal initiative that allows current Rehab Medical employees to recommend job candidates for open roles across the company. If your referral is hired and completes a defined period of employment, you receive a cash referral bonus as a thank you for helping us find the right fit.


The referral program has real noteworthy benefits:

  • Cash Bonuses: You receive a bonus if your referral is hired and meets the minimum tenure requirements.

  • Stronger Teams: You get to work with people who align with our culture and values and who can warrant trust and enjoy being around.

How Does It Work?

  • Who Can Refer? 

    • All Rehab Medical employees (except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position) are eligible to participate in the program.

  • What Are the Requirements? 

    • The referred candidate must be hired into a full-time role and stay employed for a specified period (90 days/120 days). Once that milestone is reached, the referring employee becomes eligible for a referral bonus.

  • When Is the Bonus Paid Out? 

    • Once the referral meets the retention requirement, the bonus is processed and paid out in a future paycheck.
