We believe that great employees know great people, and employee referrals are one of the best ways to build a strong, mission-driven team. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or professional connection, your referral could help us serve more patients—and you could earn a bonus once they are hired and settled in with us. This referral bonus is open to any current Rehab Medical employee, regardless of when you were hired.

Earn Up to $500 per Referral

Know someone who’d be a great fit for Rehab Medical? Here’s what you’ll earn:

$250 after your referral completes 90 days of continuous employment (including training).
$250 after your referral completes 6 months of continuous employment.
No Cap—refer as many qualified candidates as you like and keep earning!

Program Rules

Submit a Help Desk ticket to HR at the time of the candidate’s application.
(Tickets received after an interview offer will not be accepted.)
Include the full name, position, and office/location in your referral ticket.
Both you and your referral must be actively employed at the time of payout.
Referral payouts may take 1–2 payroll periods after meeting eligibility.
Referrals of rehired former employees do not qualify.
HR and Management are excluded—except if the referral is not a direct report.
All incentive payments are subject to applicable taxes.

How to Submit a Referral

Fill out a TA – Employee Referral Form.
Complete details:
- Your Email: Your work email address
- Subject: Employee Referral
- Description: include your referral’s contact details
- Employee Name: Your name
- Title of Position Starting: Job title your referred candidate is applying for.
- Location: Office location your referred candidate is applying for.
- Referred Candidate Name: First and last name of the person you’re referring.
Submit your ticket and let your referral know that they can now apply!
