How is this different from other RISE programs?

how is this different from other RISE programs? Next Step Skill Building is a new offering under the RISE umbrella — developed in direct response to employee feedback asking for more skill-building opportunities that apply to day-to-day work.

While other RISE programs (like LEAD or ATP Development) are designed for specific career paths, Next Step Skill Building provides practical tools and support to help you thrive in the work you do every day. It’s tailored for individual contributors who want to build confidence, sharpen their skills, and make an even bigger impact in their current role.
